There's more to grocery shopping these days because of nutritional ratings, on-label claims and even in-store dieticians.

We shopped to find out if in-store marketing that advocates “healthy choices” makes much of a difference in what someone might buy. In this case there's no one better to test out these labels, claims and scores than someone who never checks the nutrition facts.
